The property itself is a 4b/3.5br with 1 bedroom (shared bathroom) up for rent. I'm a MD/PhD student at Vanderbilt and am the owner who also lives in the house. There are 2 others who live in the house including a graduate student and a resident at... VUMC. We are all males.

The house is newly constructed in 2020, have access to a huge green-space, and several amenities in the house. Amenities include a in-unit washer/dryer. Utilities are not included in rent but typically comes out to $75-$100 per month and includes water/sewage, gas, electricity, Google Fiber 1G internet, security surveillance, YoutubeTV, Costco membership, and a monthly cleaning service.

By car, the house is approximately 2mins from Kroger, 3mins from Planet Fitness, 5 mins from Target + Trader Joes, and 10mins from Costco. Easy access to I40 and there's bus stop about 7mins walking from the house with an hourly WeGo bus to campus.
