2Bd/2Ba in 12 South w/ HUGE backyard

Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to share this HUGE 2bd/2ba located in 12 South near Vanderbilt and Belmont. Perfect for a grad student or working professional.

It’s 1400+ sq.ft. and you would get your own bedroom and bathroom. You’ll have shared...
access to a living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer, ample storage space, and a HUGE backyard 😊. The neighborhood is magnificent—10 min drive to downtown and an easy walk to all the 12 South cafes, bars, and restaurants. There are two grocery stores nearby (Publix is a 5 min walk & Kroger is 5 min bike ride) and nearby public transit (free to use with your Vanderbilt ID!). I bike to Vanderbilt every day and it takes me 15-20 mins.

The move-in date is immediate (my current roommate had medical complications and could not return from abroad). The room can come furnished if needed (mattress, bedframe, desk, chair, clothing rack), and the asking monthly rent is $1000 (plus monthly utilities and internet). We have T-Mobile that costs $27.50 per person.

About me: I work 40hrs M-F and tend to be out of the house from 9am-9pm. I'm work at Vandy as a librarian and I've lived in Nashville for 2 years now (originally from CA--lived in NYC and Berlin). I would love to live with someone I get along with. I'm an ambivert, so I love going out, chatting with others, but definitely need time to recharge my social battery. I prefer a tranquil home environment and I have friends over on occasion to hang, play board games, watch movies, etc. Definitely not interested in throwing large parties on the regular, but I do throw an annual Halloween/birthday party. I’m open to all genders, orientations, and try not to discriminate against other’s religions and politics—if you feel the same, chances are we’ll get along.

No pets, no smoking/vaping, no musicians, and no couples wanted (sorry folks—I know it’s hard!)
