UNFURNISHED APARTMENT! Looking for a quiet, comfortable and convenient two bedroom townhome close to Vanderbilt and Belmont University? Look no further! Our beautiful townhome in the heart of West End is the perfect place for you to call home.

Our...
small property, located less than a mile away from Vanderbilt football stadium, is perfect for students, working professionals, and Vanderbilt and Belmont employees who want a nice, quiet space to relax and unwind after a long day but still want to be close to campus and all the action.

For residents who are affiliated with Vanderbilt, our property is convenient to the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, a 289,000-square-foot facility that has everything you need to stay fit and healthy. At the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center, you'll find a 25 yard, 16 lane swimming pool, four courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton, five racquetball and two squash courts, a four-lane bowling alley, and five group fitness class rooms. Plus, there's more than 14,000 square feet of weight/fitness room space, a rock-climbing wall, mat room, seven multipurpose rooms, locker rooms, and a 120 yard turf field surrounded by a 300 meter track in the indoor field house. Vanderbilt students have free access to the rec center and employees can join for a small fee.

Our townhome features all the amenities you need to feel right at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit also has several large windows that provide lots of natural light.

You'll love the recently remodeled bathroom with granite or quartz countertops and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, making cooking and cleaning a breeze.

With a washer and dryer included, you'll never have to worry about toting laundry back and forth to a laundry mat.

But what really sets us apart is our dedication to our residents' comfort. Our family-owned company is dedicated to building personal relationships with our residents and providing them with the best living experience possible.

We go above and beyond to make sure our residents feel at home. That's why we offer free quarterly pest control with free call backs, emergency maintenance, and a commitment to responding to non-emergent maintenance within 1-3 days.

With direct access to the owner, you can be sure that any concerns or issues will be addressed promptly and professionally. You will never have to go through an answering service or corporate office out of state to address concerns.

We also welcome international students and have lease options for students who do not have co-signers.

So why wait? Contact us today to schedule a tour. We can't wait to show you around and welcome you to our family!

We're confident you'll love everything our apartment has to offer!
