Avoid high rents. This is a Bellevue condo 903 General George Patton Rd, Nashville

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2-story condo where I live. Due to the fact this rental did not become available until mid-year, I am offering a prorated first month with $50 off and a $100 off rental for the second month.
Male or female...
student/faculty/staff is fine. I am mature woman and have had several graduate students as renters. You have your own bedroom and bath. I have a nice patio and kitchen. I do have a small dog so you must be pet friendly. Absolutely no smoking at all. Available anytime. Will prorate rent if moving into unit in middle of the month. I love having young people in my home and am very young at heart. I just recently retired and am starting my own business. I am an artist, practice yoga and love hiking in Edwin and Percy Warner Parks very close to my condo. As you can see, I am very active.
You would have access to whole condo. Rent is month to month and is $750 a month and includes all utilities. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month. Late fee of $50 applies after the 5th of the month. Security/damage deposit of $200 is due before moving in. This is a quiet place, family friendly. You are welcome to cook and use washer/dryer. You have plenty of privacy. Bedroom and bath are upstairs.
In the event you use the bus for transportation, I can help out with rides to bus stop in inclement weather.
