Bedroom and bathroom in a 3-year-old, single-story townhome located in the Bordeaux/Northwest Nashville area (built in 2022). The bedroom currently has a less-than-1-year-old queen foam mattress (no bed frame, but can be added or the mattress can be... removed altogether). The bedroom measures 10x10 with a double-tiered closet and access to a linen closet in the hallway. The bedroom comes carpeted and has a ceiling fan with brightness settings. You will also have access to half of the 2-car garage with some storage options, including attic storage. Water and fiber internet/Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Cameras and smart house features throughout including keypad at front door and app for garage door.

You will have access to and are encouraged to use the newly furnished main living areas which include a large kitchen, living room, and deck. Living room has brand new furniture. All main living areas feature vinyl wood flooring. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a pantry. The laundry features a HE washer and dryer.

You must be LGBTQ+ friendly and a nonsmoker. Vaping can be considered. The house is a 18-minute drive to campus (with no highway commute), and I would also be very open to carpooling to campus.
