Cozy, Friendly Home Close to Campus

We are looking for someone to take over a lease for a private room in our 4-bedroom apartment, with availability starting in mid-July or August.

The rent for the room is $685 per month. Our location offers significant convenience; we are...
approximately a 5-minute walk from Belmont University and a 15-minute walk to Vanderbilt University. For daily necessities, Kroger is directly across the street, and a bus stop is conveniently located there as well. Additionally, Hillsboro Village, known for its shops and restaurants, is just a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment features several shared amenities, including a fully furnished common room that serves as a living area, a complete kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. The private bedroom is unfurnished, though there is potential for the current furniture to be sold if desired.

You would be joining three current tenants, all women in their early to mid-20s, who are either studying or working at Vanderbilt University.
