East Nashville Victorian, about 20-30 minutes to campus

Open for Showing: 3/15/2025
Earliest Move-in Date: 4/5/2025 (can be discussed)

This rental space is my former AirBNB rental (Super Host status) and is a 1910 Queen Anne Victorian. I closed the AirBNB in March, 2020 due to Covid 19.

Owner is a...
writer. This is a very quiet, bookish sort of house with lots of books. There is one dog: a sweet-tempered 9-year-old Chihuahua. He doesn't come into the tenant's space, which is a private space.

FIrst and last month rent due at move-in + cleaning deposit ($350.00).

You'll have a private front-door entrance with keyless lock (with your own entry code), private loft-style studio upstairs. Downstairs is your private dining / entry area with an old fashioned front porch and Adirondack chairs. There is a small balcony off the studio with seating. The rental is an easy walk to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, 5 Points and Shelby Park. There is a bus stop across the street.

Because this was an AirBNB rental, the space is fully furnished with king size bed.

The neighbors on either side are great. :)

Amenities include:
Private bath (shower no tub)
Television (you'll need to pay for your share of cable TV)
Dorm fridge
Ironing board, iron
Dishware

Kitchen, washer/dryer - other shared space negotiable
Abundant, free street parking –– meaning no meters, permits or street cleaning days.

NO smoking inside or out (including marijuana).
NO parties and you'll need to notify owner in event of tenant's guest(s). Overnight guests not negotiable.

Note: Not sure if this is still applicable; this is left over from previous rental information: "Covid guidelines are respected. A mask may be required in shared spaces."
