Convenient For

  • Graduate Students

Everything provided! Close to campus. Lovely, large home.

Especially looking for a very tidy person who also enjoys dogs. We offer rent abatement in return for dog and plant care when we travel, which is often. These elements — willingness to care for easy dogs and for the house while we are away, and... enjoying and contributing to a clean living space (we have the common spaces professionally cleaned weekly), are important to us.
Bright, spacious, fully furnished room with ample closet and bath in lovely, large home near campus. Everything furnished, even linens. Laundry room a few steps from your room. Desk, lamps, bookcase, dedicated refrigerator provided. Furniture includes a queen bed, a daybed, bookcase, desk, built-in dresser, and chair.
Privileges in a very well equipped kitchen and outdoor living area when not in use. All utilities included in rent. Vanderbilt grad students have loved the comfort and convenience of living here.
You'll be sharing a 5,600 sf house with a married couple (owners) and one other student (each with own bathroom).
Off-street parking.
