Guesthouse on pretty half-acre yard in quiet residential neighborhood 5-10 minutes from Vanderbilt

I have a guesthouse attached to my carport at the end of my driveway, with your own space by the entrance. It has one large room that can fit a bed and night tables at one end and a sitting area with loveseat, desk and a chest of drawers at the... other. The kitchenette has a microwave and 2 induction cooking plates. There is room for an air fryer. The bathroom has a shower.

The property is on a pretty half-acre yard, next to a creek with lots of trees. The backdoor in the kitchenette opens to a private area where you can set up a patio table or chaise. It's a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood 5-10 minutes drive (or 12 minute bike ride/25 minute walk, if you prefer) to Vanderbilt and easy access to I440. It's also convenient to Green Hills shopping. A nice walk is down Elmington to West Meade Middle School and back or walk along pretty Golf Club Lane.

No smoking.
A pet might be considered but would require an additional security deposit and additional monthly pet rent over the listed rent.
