Kroger, Nashville library, P.O. and bus transit center are 1.5 miles. The condo is on the 3rd floor, no elevator, with a covered porch overlooking treetops, a lake and rolling hills. Looking for one housemate, not two, a dedicated grad student or faculty. No pets. This is my home but I’m here about half the time which means you’d often have the place to yourself. I work at home and away at 2 jobs. Over 60, I am liberal and kind, a minimalist and appreciate no cluttering. Shared spaces are the fully furnished living room, dining area, kitchen and covered back porch; the 3rd bedroom serves as an office - use of which, with desk and printer - is negotiable.. The bedroom available is quiet with a double closet, full-size bed, dresser, chair, bookshelf and additional furniture is negotiable. The full bathroom door opens in the hallway just outside the bedroom door. Food and meals are to be separate. Both residents will keep dishes washed and put away as well as maintain clean and orderly bathrooms, personal spaces and especially shared spaces. Cleanliness is important. No drugs. No smoking. Minimal alcohol. The fireplace is not to be used. Privacy, peacefulness and respect for each other and the property are high priority. Available for use are the community outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Geese and ducks roam the neighborhood which is beautiful for flat and hilly walking.
