House close to campus

Looking for 2 roommates for a house a block from campus. The house is a 5 bed 3 bath house (2390 sqft) with living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, pantry, washer/dryer, front porch, etc. All rooms are hardwood floors except the bathrooms which are... tiled (both bathrooms upstairs have heated floors and are brand new). The second floor has all new windows. The HVAC units for both the first and second floor are brand new and are efficient. There is plenty of storage in the walk in basement. Parking is street parking only. The house has a great yard with a terraced stone patio with a firepit and grill. More photos will be uploaded or sent by request. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what someone needs.
