Reletting Broadview Studio - Furnished Murphy
Hello! I renewed my lease before some family circumstances changed, so now I'm moving out and looking for someone to relet/take over my lease.
My room is a corner unit on the top floor, has campus view & gets lots of sunlight in the afternoons.... There is a set rate of $218/mo for utilities. (Note: Picture is from the Broadview and not my own. You can find more on their website: thebroadviewatvanderbilt.com.)
The Broadview primarily leases to graduate & professional students, has lots of spaces for studying, a gym, and monthly events (with free food sometimes). It is a 15 min walk to VUMC, and has 8th & Roast (coffee shop) and Turnip Truck (grocery store) right downstairs.

I believe the free parking with Vanderbilt means a free annual parking permit, so you can park in any Vanderbilt lot. The closest to the Broadview is the Terrace Garage across the street. I've never had any trouble finding parking in there.
