My partner and I are excited to offer a furnished room for rent in our spacious, fully renovated historic house. We're looking for someone who values a respectful, social, and collaborative living space—this is a co-living environment where personal... responsibility and hygiene are important.

What We're Looking For:
Grad students, postgrads, or young professionals are preferred
Some experience with co-living is a must (we’re all about a shared, positive vibe!)
Social, friendly individuals who enjoy spending time together around the table (we're big foodies!)
LGBTQ+ friendly
International housemates are often a great fit. We speak Portuguese and French.
A certain level of cleanliness and personal responsibility go a long way

Just minutes from Aldi and Kroger, as well as Barista Parlor, Chopper, Dino’s and Jane’s Hideaway
A 10-minute walk to Five Points, Pharmacy Burger, Mas Tacos and more!
The Details:

Rent includes ALL utilities and high-speed internet
We're looking for someone who’s ready to commit to a 9-12 month lease

We don’t cook together, but we do enjoy having communal dinners often, and that’s why we’re unable to accommodate many dietary restrictions.
