Roommate needed for shared house close to campus

Hi there! My name is Will, and my roommates and I are searching for a fourth roommate to join us in a house within walking/biking distance to Vanderbilt's campus. Our lease will end on June 30th, 2026, and the room would be available on July 1st,... although we can be flexible if needed.

I am 27 and work as a researcher at VUMC, and my roommates are Carolyn (28), a SPED teacher in MNPS, and Zekie (22), a grad student at Vanderbilt. There's also a six year old cat, Jinn, that lives with us; small pets (birds, hamsters, fish, etc.) are allowed such that they can be reasonably kept within your room.

The available room is on the house's upper floor, and there is a private office space that can be used next door. Rent is $884/month as advertised, and utilities (water, electric, gas, internet) are usually an additional $100/month. You will have a bathroom that will be shared with one other person.

House duties (dishes, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning) are usually split amongst us on a schedule. We're nerdy homebodies and are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and welcoming towards LGBTQ folks. We like to do things together as roommates such as monthly hotpot, indoor rock climbing, and Netflixing. Our sleep schedules vary, but we're happy to give people quiet time. International students are welcome.

If you're interested, we'd love to learn more about you!

Thanks.
