Shared House with 3 rooms to rent in North Nashville, around 15 minutes away from Vanderbilt's campus (2.6-3 miles) by car and a 5 minute walk to The North Nashville Transit Center. The place is a 4 bed, 4 bath house, and looking to rent 2 if not all... 3 bedrooms in the house!

The house is currently occupied by (me) a female Vandy graduate student and her cat so pet lovers are especially welcome. My profile is up on the roommates listing but I am a fairly neat roommate. I like spending time with people doing small dinner parties or board game nights but also like having my own chill time/space. I tend to study/work outside of home in lab.

There are 2 rooms to rent that are fully furnished, one upstairs with a private bathroom and the other downstairs with a bathroom across the hall. These furnished rooms include queen size beds, bed side tables/chests of drawers, a mounted mirror and desk and chair. The third room upstairs is unfurnished but has a private bath. The rest of the house is furnished. The first floor is open concept with one of the fully furnished rooms with the bath across, a dining area with a table that seats 6, a walk in pantry, a huge kitchen with a gas stove and fully stocked with kitchen supplies and appliances, and the furnished living room with a leather sectional, comfy sofa, ottoman, and smart tv. The living room also has a door to the back porch which is also furnished with comfy wicker seating, and the unattached 2 car garage.

Included with the rent price is use of the furniture in the rooms, street parking(1 garage available), pest control, security system + monitoring, and all utilities (gas, water, electric , sewer, high-speed WiFi, trash/recycling) included.
