*summer or full term!* Donelson area house on an acre of land, 15 min drive to campus

I am a current graduate student at Vanderbilt who bought this house two years ago. Quiet, spacious house on a dead end street in the direction of Donelson. Close to Downtown and the Airport. Over an acre of land in the back, part of which is fenced... in with 6 ft privacy fence. I love plants and am planning on planting a lot of flowers and vegetables with the space. Would love a roommate who also enjoys gardening :)

In terms of the inside of the house, there are 2 bedrooms/2 full baths on the main floor, and one fully detached studio in the backyard (occupied by another wonderful graduate student in the epidemiology department). The room I'm renting out comes with the use of a full bath (though in the hallway) since I have my own bathroom inside the master bedroom. The rent amount is negotiable depending on if you prefer to chip in for utilities or pay flat rate every month but should add up to about 1000 in the end which is rare in Nashville these days ;) I already have all the furnitures needed for the common space in the house but am open to home decor ideas.

I have an australian shepherd (will be 2 years old, fully vaxed and spayed) anyone has ever seen! Her name is Juniper and is a playful, sweet girl who loves every human she meets. My roommate in the studio has a corgi named Chip (a month younger than juniper and fully vaxed/neutered). Roommate must be willing to live with said puppies. Given this, would prefer no more dogs excluding special circumstances. Cats considered but must get along with everyone!

A little bit about myself: I am a MD/PhD student at Vandy; wrapping up the second year of grad school in neuroscience. I went to undergrad here as well, so almost a nashville native now and happy to show any newcomer to town around. Love to cook and host dinner parties, climb, garden, hike, read, watch movies, paint, travel, and more. I am a tidy person, and expect my roommates to keep common areas clean as well. Am not a loud partier but like to have friends over once or twice a week mostly on weekends. Prefer female roommates but would consider all genders. Am very used to being close friends with roommates!

No tobacco pls.
