Summer Sublet in Hillsboro West End House

Subletting my furnished room in Hillsboro West End from now till the end of July (comes with bed and desk+chair; I also moved my dresser to the basement for storage, but it can be brought back up into the room). My room's located in a 5-bedroom home... shared with 4 other graduate students--3 women and 1 guy, all in their mid-to-late 20s. The house comes with a lovely patio and backyard, great for relaxing on summer night. For those commuting to Vanderbilt via public transit, the nearest bus stop on West End is about a 7 minute walk away. Campus itself is about a 20-30 minute walk away depending on which area you're walking to. The lease is up at the end of July and all the current tenants are planning on moving to new places, but if you like the property and can find other roommates to sign on to a new lease starting in August, there is the possibility of staying past July.
