I’m renting the spacious master bedroom in a 2000 square foot condo. The space is quiet and private. I don’t live at the property, and am typically there once a week. This is an ideal situation for a roommate. I use the upstairs for work, but I’m not... in the space daily.
My wife and I live in another home in Nashville so I am rarely at the condo. I work there a couple times a week and use it primarily for my artwork/ studio. It works out well for a tenant who would like the privacy of living alone with the cost benefits of having a roommate. I’m easy going and quiet and because of the size of the place I won’t be in your way even when I’m upstairs.
The neighborhood has plenty of food/ shopping/ etc. It is 15 minute drive to downtown or vanderbilt’s campus.
