The three rooms available (two bedrooms and a master bedroom) are on the second floor of a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick two-story... single-family home. There is a spare bedroom on the first floor that stays unoccupied during the academic year. The home is within a 10 minute walking distance from Vanderbilt and Belmont! In addition to the three unfurnished bedrooms upstairs, there are several furnished areas: a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a storage room downstairs that opens to the back yard. There are two shared bathrooms on the first and second floor. Home is very clean, furnished, has great indoor lighting, updated appliances, a recently replaced AC unit, will have a newly remodeled kitchen (photos show old kitchen), and recently redone floors.
