Versailles Townhomes (Shared Housing)

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment in Versailles Townhomes, which is located in North Green Hills.

Master bedroom available with attached private bathroom and walk-in closet. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious.

We are two... female graduate students living here and would prefer another female roommate with similar interests. We like to have the common areas cleaned (kitchen, living room, entry, dining room) and to respect each other's routines. As we are both students, we prefer the house to be quiet at certain hours, but we are open to hosting parties on weekends. Just consult with others, open communication is a must!

Utilities cost around $50-$ 100 per month (you pay only for electricity and internet). During the winter, the electricity bill increases, but decreases during the spring and fall. The landlady covers gas, water, sewer, trash, composting service, and landscaping services all year.

The apartment is nice and spacious. It is located in a safe area in Green Hills, near Vanderbilt and 12 South. It is 10 minutes to commute to campus (by car or bus). I take the bus (route 7), but it is the same distance if you drive. We have Green Hills Mall nearby and various grocery stores (Krogers, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods).
You will work with a private landlord who is available for any repairs and up to date with everything! The condo residents are generally friendly, comprising a mix of retired individuals, families, young professionals, and a few students. There is a pool available for the summer (May-labor day).

In summary, this apartment has everything you need: a good parking spot, laundry in the unit, and a nice place to walk outside if you want to take a break from work—a lot of green spaces. The microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine are new! So go for it! Read More
