Summer Lease Takeover Near Campus!

Hello! I am leaving Nashville for grad school and am looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer (May 1-July 31st, flexible for an April move in as well) with an option to renew! It's a 3 bed, 3 bath (and 2 living room!) house located in... Hillsboro, a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from Vanderbilt and Belmont and near a VUMC bus stop. Rent is $1090 a month (not including utilities). The house has a large porch in the back yard, two porches on the front of the house with a large driveway, and is in a walking/biking-friendly neighborhood. There is also a washer and dryer. The current roommates are two girls in their late twenties, including a current PhD student in engineering, who love exploring Nashville!
